Project Overview
Sunbelt Rentals manages complex deliveries of large-scale construction equipment. To keep customers informed about their rentals, we introduced an advanced rental tracker, enabling both Sunbelt employees and customers to monitor the delivery status of orders.
The Winning Approach
During our discovery phase, we analyzed industry leaders in delivery tracking like Amazon and Dominos to design a visually impactful and user-centric tracker for Sunbelt Rentals. This system accommodates multiple and rescheduled shipments, partial deliveries, and tracker sharing, ensuring customers stay informed about their rental equipment at all times.
